Our Process
We start with an introductory phone or zoom call to get clear on your coaching goals, establish coaching expectations and make sure we’re a good fit.
After getting acquainted and defining your priorities we will collaborate on a game plan and schedule our first session.
Stand alone coaching sessions are 45 minutes long and are conducted on a weekly or bi weekly (every other week) basis.
